Bonsai is one of the finest art-forms that to have been developed by our society. It’s an aesthetic intervention to nature: art performed upon a living thing through time. I was very excited to see these bonsais exhibited on the Southport Flower show; in a previous post I showcased a selection of some of my favourites; even though I somehow lost some of the photos I took, I’m happy to share this surviving selection.
Many bonsai were on sale, too, and I hope that by next year I’ll be in the position of acquiring one.
